Team Redaelli / Winners Circle Athlete .nocerino checking in here today at 165 lbs 7 weeks out. 3 month natural transformation with me. Just as planned we made weight for middleweights ( 165 ) great to see this, this far out of the show! Now we continue to lean as we stay full. I’m thinking he’ll be 159-161 lean on stage day. Still plenty of room to grow and build muscle! Looking forward to seeing the package we bring to the show. No “ killing yourself “ dieting going into the shell, if I told you the amount of calories Max is eating you wouldn’t believe it and he’s still dropping weight! Bodybuilding is so interesting. Proud of you brother! We still have a long way to go this is just the beginning!

I wanted to share with you guys one of my athletes really cool guy here, Jose came to me late last year and initially wanted to see how quickly he could transform his body from where he was at until the new year. I told him I would work with them, but it’s a marathon and not a sprint, and I believe he quickly fell in love with the routine and lifestyle. This is a clear case of laying out the bricks day by day to build a house. Jose followed the plan and look where he’s at now! Crazy thing is this is just the beginning! Every single one of my athletes have a different plan. There is no cookie cutter bu****it, nothing against other coaches. I think he’s gonna do very well at his first Bodybuilding show however we need to get him bigger for what’s to come down the line. One step at a time. He’s already made weight for middleweights. We still have a long time though and we need to keep him full. His metabolism is so fast. It’s interesting working with different athletes because all of their body types are different. Max is interesting, but I think we have found a good formula and it looks to be working for him. I’m driving and he’s in the passenger seat. Will keep you updated…

I started working with when he was 15 years old, now we have been working together for one year, he’s 16 now and I have put 40 pounds of muscle on him!! For one year straight we were training three days a week, I gave him a nutrition plan. Did my best as a coach to lock him in. It humbles me because it’s the circle of life as now I can give passionate kids the same opportunity I had when I was younger that my father gave me. My father wanted me to succeed since a young age. I remember being Charles age and younger and have my coach at the time Brad Perry , he would pick me up at my house at four in the morning from ages 9 to 16 years old. He would teach me discipline, accountability, hard work, and at the time my passion was hockey his job was to turn me into the best hockey player possible. Now I do this for Charles. I pick him up. I drop him off. I talk to him every day about Bodybuilding and discipline. Now look at the amazing young man he’s turning into. It’s honorable, it’s impressive. He only just turned 16. Very proud to coach you Charles you’re like a brother to me!
