I saw this quote that Mel Robbins posted.
“Do you ever look at someone and just think, I’m so glad I met you.”
And to be honest, when the names quickly started to pop up in my head- Some of my favorite people- who I’m extremely thankful to have met- I’ve met in my chair.
A random client who became like a second mom/a friend who I would help her do random tasks at her home when I lived in CA. I still think about her. What a special relationship. 15 years later I’m so glad I met you.
A client turned friend who I would travel with to Mexico. Experiences who shape who I am. I’m so glad I met you.
A healer who sat in my chair when I was experiencing a nightmares. 17 years later- still working with her. I’m so glad I met you.
The list goes on and on.
All to say- I’m so glad to have met so many of you.

Not all of us- but what a treat. ❤️❤️❤️ love you all.

Can we talk about an elephant in the room?

There has been a large increase in women experiencing shedding and thinning hair. An abnormally high percentage. It’s become a conversation that comes up far too often in my chair.

I’m not a doctor, but after many, many conversations with women in my chair, I’ve noticed some common threads.

One that keeps coming up? Progesterone.

I can’t claim to know all of the science behind it, but I do know what I’m seeing.

And I think awareness is a really important place to start.

In honor of my one of the best OG clients leaving town, I thought I’d share one of my favorite “can you fix this” texts I’ve ever received... I do believe this involved elf on the shelf?! lol Drisaldi’s- thanks for all the laughs🫣 … will miss you!!! Had to remember you at Jae Space somehow;)

To each and every one of you who came yesterday, THANK YOU! Plants were swapped, drinks were thoroughly enjoyed (that matcha cloud!!), and flowers from my mom’s garden were shared. It’s a very sweet day.
We opened the doors 5 years ago today. 4/20/21. 5 years!!!
Thank you for celebrating that with us. We love being here🫶🏻🌵
