So tired and yes we look it - but so happy ♥️ It’s amazing what we can do in such a short amount of time. Home to Cali to hug my baby brother and see him off into major open heart surgery, watch him come out alive and handle it like a champ 💪🏼Reconnect with all the beautiful women in my family who keep it all together! Battle a 2 week crippling cold, move my salon which is a million times harder than you think it would be

This beautiful hair belongs to my Momma. This is her natural grey and white mixed with steel toned lowlights I added for depth. Finished with soft waves. Beautiful. Love you Mom ♥️
Today is my Daddy’s Birthday 🎂
I made his favorite cake and I celebrated him ✨✨
Note the orbs all around the cake…Can’t make this stuff up.
Also real life - AC blowing on the cake smoking everything up, I’m not a skilled videographer - trying 😩
He’s been absent from my life for 21 years now. I often wonder how my life or I would be different if he were here with me now….
I do know that the 22 years I got to spend with him showed me what love and family really look like (not always perfect but most certainly connected and real) I feel him with me always and I think he would be proud of the woman I have become. The fight, the grind and the love I try to put into the world everyday. Happy Birthday Dad I miss you ♥️
