Take the time for a real "Hello."
Look them in the eye when you shake hands. Really listen to their name when you meet. Take the time to feel the embrace of a loved one for an extra moment. Feel the soft lips of your lover and absorb their welcoming kiss.

Find yourself lost in a moment

Commit to going with the flow. Awaken to the possibility of a perfect Love. Open to limitless opportunity. Realize your ability to do, be, have and feel anything you want. Recognize this power in all of your brothers and sisters. Stop picking a side. End the "this or that" way of thinking. Chose both. Appreciate both. Embrace both.
