Communication! Timing! Accountability!!

So yesterday I had my card pulled. I was slack in all three areas. As a hairstylist , I have always strived to present myself very professional well versed educated and striving. Someone booked with me on my scheduler . By even her own admission she booked before a consultation and it was because of the awesome ratings graciously given by my kind and loving clients. Needless to say several misunderstandings occurred and she ended up in a very capable colleague’s chair. At first I was angry however self reflection happened and I saw my flaws more than hers. I did get an opportunity to sit with her and excuse myself as well as refund and properly express apologies. Just to bring this to a close. I submit to all of my brothers and sisters in the industry, when faced with certain situation always remember to treat people well, be accountable for your own actions and behaviors , and as the word of God teaches, in all of your getting, get an understanding . Simple tried and true.❣️
