Gene's Master Cuts

😄

Wishing all of you a Happy Father’s Day!!! Missing dad extra today.
His kind nature touched the lives of many and I wanted to let you all know I was thinking of some of his favorite people today!!

My mom will be turning off my dad’s cell phone soon. If you’d like to stay in touch with her and the rest of Gene’s family, please feel free to direct message this account or her personal account.

Thinking of all of Dad’s friends, who by now have had at least 1 haircut that wasn’t done by Mean Gene the hairstyling machine!!

I know he misses y’all as much as you miss him! -Cathryn

Beautifully done. Another wonderful tribute. ❤️

A lot of this information came from all those who have shared their thoughts and memories of their friend, my dad. So thankful so those who have reached out. No memory is too small.

Much love to you all -Cathryn

I wanted to share with you, his friends, what Gene’s headstone will look like. ❤️💔🥺

Some of you have been with Gene since the 1970’s. Some of you barely got to know him.

Either way, you were a huge piece of Gene’s life.

The shop was opened in 2004 and now it is locked for the last time.

Gene had huge goals and aspirations in his life. He was a rhino 🦏 every day of his life- charging forward to meet those goals. We are so very proud of all he accomplished in his 79 years on this earth. Even more, we are just so eternally grateful for Gene. Our dad, husband, Papa, brother, uncle, barber… and friend.

May we always remember the legend, the Master Barber,
