My daughter and I decided to have a little mother-daughter day, and honestly, I couldnβt have picked a better way to spend it than at .
Itβs been 5 months since we had to say goodbye to our sweet pup, and I didnβt realize how much I needed this. Holding these fluffy little puppies, laughing together, and simply being present helped my heart in ways I wasnβt expecting. π₯ΉπΎ
The class starts with 45 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga followed by 30 minutes of puppy cuddles, and it was the perfect reminder that healing can happen in the smallest, sweetest moments.
