✨ One of my favorite healthy hair hacks! ✨
If you’ve been noticing extra shedding, this is something I’ve personally been doing for years ESPECIALLY as an wig wearer! 🍵
I make an Earl Grey tea rinse before wash day, and I’ve noticed my hair sheds less and feels healthier over time. Every wash day starts with healthy hair underneath the wig! 💕
Here’s my routine:
☕ Steep 2 Earl Grey tea bags in hot water.
💧 Let it cool until it’s warm.
🫶 Pour it/wash it in it over your hair.
🧴 Follow with shampoo and a deep conditioner.
Everyone’s hair is different, but this has become a staple in my routine, especially when I want to keep my natural hair strong under my wigs.
