This view was breathtaking. I wish everyone could experience this. Consider this park if you’re into hiking. It’s been an awe experience.

I felt inspired tonight to share this goodness. Turmeric and curry infused quinoa always is a win in my home.
Since stopped serving their brussels because it was a seasonal item, I decided to make a HWA version. It was legit! I’m grateful.
Warmed up a leftover sweet potato and it was a wrap!
That’s all I wanted to share! Coming back slowly as time has slightly freed up for me. 🥴☺️💯
Peace!

𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐬, 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐚, 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐞𝐬
A simple whole food plantbased meal. No oil, salt or sugar. Flavor doesn’t have to be compromised or enhanced by oil or salt. I’m working hard to stay as unprocessed as I can. It’s not easy but worth it.
As you survey various vegan pages, be careful and make sure that it’s all healthy. The long-term effects of comfort and vegan mimicking the standard American diet are dangerous. The research supports that vegans can end up being in worse physical health than those who are non-vegan.
Let’s make whole food plantbased the new desire and not simply vegan. It means so many things right now. Investigate carefully. ✊🏾
Thanks for your support, encouragement and for allowing me to serve you! 🙏🏾☺️

𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐚
I stumbled upon an amazing recipe for sweet potatoes. I needed to cook them quickly and couldn’t bake them like I normally do. In seconds, I was in the lab experimenting with flavors.
Instead of it being prepared like typical sweet-based potatoes, it’s savory and topped with fresh rosemary. I’m planning to share it when I launch a whole food plant based course that my son and I are working on.
I’ve decided to put together a comprehensive course, which you can have access to as opposed to a cookbook for now. My recipes are evolving and I’d hate to prepare a book and then have to do another one to get all the recipes in it. To those who have been waiting for the book, thank you for your love, support and patience. I’m trying to be comprehensive and redeem my time while providing quality support for you on your plant based exploration and journey.
When I share it, I know you’ll love it! The launch of the course will be this year, however, I haven’t come up with the date yet. But I will let you know as soon as I do.
Thanks for your support, encouragement and for allowing me to serve you! 🙏🏾☺️
I hope you are enjoying your Sunday and had a good time in church today if you attend.

𝐆𝐨-𝐓𝐨 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬
All of us have go-to meals that are quick, easy and satisfying. Prior to eating this, I made a huge salad with balsamic vinegar, mixed greens, kale and nutritional yeast. It was some kind of good! ☺️ It’s always good to eat a salad before any dinner meal. The raw food loads you down with vitamins, minerals and overall nutrition. This satisfies your cells and keeps you from eating too much food.
This plate was perfect for me. These days, I’m keeping all of my meals simple, clean and easy. Tonight was no exception.
𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐨-𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤, 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬?
Check my stories in about 30 minutes and you’ll see what I made for dessert! Yes, I’m a full believer in dessert as long as it’s plant based, low sugar and real. 😂🙌🏾
Hope you’re doing well, taking care of yourself, eating something green everyday and enjoying those you love! ✊🏾💯
Have a great night!! 👊🏾

𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐬
I made these tacos a while ago and need them back in my life! They are easy and so filling. The tortillas are organic and low sodium. They are made by Ezekiel. I like them because I can be assured that they aren’t made with GMO corn.
I may add bbq oyster mushrooms and red onions to it. 😋 I think that this will be 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐬?
I hope you are enjoying your Sunday and has a good time in church today if you attend.
Get a warm blanket, stretch out on the couch and do something that you enjoy! Because you know that’s what I’m doing. Lol 💯😎

On a past reel, I encouraged you all to get outside in the sun. Why? We need vitamin D but we also need to get active.
My days are full and I’m sure your days are as well. There’s just something about being outside that is so life giving. Having the sun present and hitting our skin is so exhilarating!! 💛
In this season, our moods need the outdoors and the activity. If you struggle with depression or anxiety, step outside when the sun shines the brightest. Look into the sky. Sit on a chair in direct sun. Dribble a basketball in the sun. Take a walk around the neighborhood. If it’s not too cold, sit on the grass. Depression can’t compete with vitamin D and activity. 🌞
Sun and activity are going to be full on when I start getting ready for my spring garden. I’ll be working hard, sweating and planting food. Until then, I’ll be harvesting greens, pulling weeds, and chopping wood for my fire pit to stay active. 💪🏾
Speaking of fire pit, my son and I are working on 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 around the fire pit! 🔥🔥 Stay tuned. It’s going to be 🔥🔥🔥!
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐛 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐃?
𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞?
Have an enjoyable night and soak up as much vitamin D as you can. 💯🙌🏾✊🏾

What’s a snowy day without homemade soup! It hit the spot to say the least. If you’re interested in the recipe, it’s on my blog.
I’ve been grateful to celebrate the work of Dr. King today as well. Humanity has benefited immensely from this man’s life. Frankly, every day needs to be MLK Day.
Have a great evening and never stop dreaming! ✊🏾
