✨Are you organized, high-energy, and passionate about the beauty industry? We are looking for a welcoming and detail-oriented Salon Receptionist to join our growing team! As the face of our salon, you’ll set the vibe for our clients and keep the day running smoothly.
✨ What You’ll Do:
• Welcome Clients: Greet everyone with a warm smile and check them in for their pampering sessions.
• Manage Appointments: Handle bookings, walk-ins, phone calls, and schedule adjustments like a pro.
• Keep Things Flowing: Coordinate with our talented nail technicians to manage daily timing and client flow.
• Checkout & Retail: Process payments and help clients find their favorite retail products.
• Maintain the Vibe: Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, organized, laundry towel and inviting.
🌸 Who You Are:
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, bustling environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.
• Experience with salon booking software is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
• A love for all things beauty and nails!
