I’ve only been updating on my page and via messenger- forgot to do it here also! Will share another update when I get one from her. Prob this weekend.

We are waiting to get a court date for Nicole’s case.

All TikToks are private or down, (parts 1-3) until this is settled. They will be reposted after court with the full update & will include all details from this whole fiasco.

February Update:

🚩Regarding the secondary business:
Notice was sent. No contact as far as I know from former business partner to Nicole’s attorney. I do not know when it was received or sent. I do know the demand letter has a deadline.

Without her baker/bun rack, she cannot make soap or other products. Many soapmakers use the same type of rack to cure their soaps, so her Dad had gotten her one.
Nicole was kind enough to allow me to use it while at the Red Shed. I kept only a few green racks of my own to hold my products.

To those that have mentioned it, I did let her know y’all said she can ask for lost revenue. Whether a business attorney can handle that, or if it will have to be a separate thing, we do not know. All we have is orders she cannot fuflll and events paid that she is now missing.

Soapwrecked is entering 2026 emotionally and physically drained.

We will be taking break starting in January to finish the legal channels needed to close out another business, get our property back, settle payments and fees due to Soapwrecked.

We do not know how long anything will take. This is the 4th business we’ve owned. I have been involved in businesses in a variety of capacities… management, banking, finance, bookkeeping, ownership, (probably more) since 1997 and I have never been exposed to anything like what is going on now.

We are going to be working on editing and posting 10+ years of videos that we have saved, and developing a strategy to revive the products, mentorships, subscriptions, website, wholesale, and donation initiatives that have been put on hold for the past 5+ years.

Although we cannot disclose further details at this time, the catalyst for this situation involved a secondary business affiliated with my daughter, and has unexpectedly had issues with her business partner that came to light through public records and local sources.

Thanks to the ones that brought everything to her attention. I appreciate y’all.

Another day, another soap peek 👀 this time, our newest soapmaker wants everyone to see her favorite soap! She picked these colors and the scent herself. She even got to help use the soap cutter for this batch 😂 she’s so tickled with how it turned out and honestly, for her first time really picking the components of a batch of soap, I think she did great! You can grab a bar of Evie’s soap at our Christmas at the Shed event in a few weeks!

The Dad to Kim, Grandfather to Nicole, Great-grandfather to Everly… is a courageous Vietnam Veteran. We love and appreciate him daily.

Today, we proudly salute him and all the selfless heroes who have served or are serving our Country. We extend our heartfelt respect and gratitude on Veteran’s Day.r
