I’ve got openings tomorrow who wants to see me

This has happened multiple times this week. I’m Just posting this now

Guys, I really hate charging no-call/no-show fees or taking away a membership credit when someone misses an appointment. I get anxious every time I have to do it. I don’t enjoy it, and I’m not trying to make anyone feel bad.

But I am running a business, and it’s not fair to me when you just ghost me. That time was set aside for you, and this is my bread and butter. As much as I love you all and love what I do, I still have to protect my time and my income.

If you’re running late, please just text me. Life happens. Traffic happens. If I don’t have someone booked right after you, I can often be flexible—but I can’t work with you if I don’t know what’s going on.

Please don’t leave me sitting there wondering if you’re coming. A quick text goes a long way. And I’m not gonna lie, being ghosted really does p**s me off.
