1. Start today, stop waiting till Monday, next week, the new year just get started Now!!
2. Set small goals to start go to the gym or workout at least 3 days a week. Build the habit
3. Don’t compare yourself to anyone but yourself.

Iike any kid from the 80’s we grew up on Kool-aid. We dumped mountains of sugar into that picture every couple of days but No one told us about simple carbs and how to diet. Had to break that habit the hard way, lmaoo.
