This September, Lakeside Spine & Wellness is celebrating a decade of caring for our community.

As we look back through these memories, we’re especially grateful for every staff member and provider who has been part of Lakeside over the past 10 years. Each person has contributed their time, talent, compassion, and dedication to helping shape Lakeside into the clinic it is today.

We’re equally thankful for our wonderful patients who continue to trust us with their care, as well as the local providers, businesses, and community partners who make up our supportive referral network. Your confidence in our team, thoughtful referrals, and continued encouragement have allowed Lakeside to grow and serve our community year after year.

We recently welcomed Skylar and Dr. Christopher Harb of Centennial Spine and Pain to Lakeside to meet with our providers and discuss how our teams can work together to support patients who may benefit from specialized pain and spine care. Dr. Harb specializes in interventional pain management and minimally invasive spine procedures, offering patients additional options when more advanced care is appropriate.

We’re happy to welcome Centennial Spine & Pain to our preferred referral network and look forward to collaborating to provide thoughtful, coordinated care for our patients.🤝🏻

We loved having Monica Turewicz, MEd, LPC from Balanced Life Counseling visit our team! 🤝

We believe true health means caring for both the body and the mind. That’s why we’re excited to welcome Balanced Life Counseling to our preferred referral network. 🧠✨

Monica supports individuals navigating depression, complex trauma, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions, and OCD. She is especially passionate about working with OCD and is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy.

As a former Division I and professional athlete, Monica also works with current and former athletes, including those exploring identity and transitions after sports — something that strongly aligns with many of the athletes we care for in our clinic. She also brings a unique perspective in supporting individuals living with chronic pain.

We’re grateful to partner with a trusted resource who helps support our patients beyond the physical aspects of care and into whole-person wellness. 💙

Meet Justin (JJ), our newest Licensed Massage Therapist at Lakeside 🌿

With a strong foundation in therapeutic bodywork and years of experience, JJ blends deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and sports-focused techniques to help you move and feel better.
