Question of the Week - Part 5

Hi, I’m Karen Lyu, the Creative Clarity Coach.

The question of the week is: “What are my options?”
This is a powerful question for creative, neurodivergent women because:

It shifts you out of feeling stuck: When your brain says “there’s no way out,” this question opens the door to possibility and choice.

It reduces overwhelm by creating space: Instead of reacting from pressure or urgency, you pause and widen your perspective to see more options.

It supports flexible thinking: Neurodivergent minds can sometimes lock into one path—this question helps you explore alternatives without judgment.

It reconnects you to your power: You may not control everything, but you do have choices in how you respond, what you prioritize, and what you need.

You don’t have to pick the perfect option right away. You just have to notice that options exist—and that you get to choose what feels most supportive.

What’s a situation where you could ask yourself, “What are my options?” Let me know in the comments.

“What is triggering me?”

Question of the Week - Part 4

Hi, I’m Karen Lyu, the Creative Clarity Coach.

The question of the week is: “What is triggering me?”

This is a powerful question for creative, neurodivergent women because:

It invites curiosity over control: You don’t have to shut the feeling down—you can explore it, understand it, and respond more intentionally.

It honors your sensitivity as information, not a flaw: Your reactions are not random—they’re signals pointing to needs, boundaries, or deeper truths.

It supports emotional regulation in a compassionate way: When you understand the trigger, your nervous system can start to settle instead of escalate.

It helps you separate the present from the past: Sometimes what feels intense in the moment is connected to an earlier experience—this question creates space to untangle that.

You don’t have to fix the feeling right away. You just have to notice, get curious, and listen to what it might be trying to show you.

What’s something that’s been triggering you lately? Let me know in the comments.

Question of the Week Part 3

Hi I'm Karen Lyu, the Integrated Mindset Coach.

The question of the week is "What are my gifts?"

This is an important, life-changing question for creative, neurodivergent women because:

It changes how you see yourself: When you spend years trying to hide your differences, looking for your gifts reminds you that you aren't broken—you just process the world differently.

It highlights your unique strengths: Neurodivergent brains have amazing abilities, like deep hyperfocus, out-of-the-box problem solving, and intense creativity. This question helps you notice those traits.

It stops you from trying to fit in: Instead of wasting all your energy trying to fix your weaknesses or act like everyone else, it helps you focus on what you are naturally good at.

It proves your worth isn't just about work or status: Your gifts aren't just about how productive you are. They are about the special way you think, feel, and bring creativity to the world.

You don't need to fit into standard boxes to be valuable. Your real power comes from standing out, not blending in.

What is one unique gift or perspective you bring to the table? Let me know in the comments. 👇

Question of the Week- Part 2

Hi I'm Karen, the Integrated Mindset Coach.

The question of the week is "How can I be kind?"

This is an important, life-changing question for creative, neurodivergent women because:

It creates a balance between you and the world: When you balance kindness toward others with kindness toward yourself, you stop people-pleasing and start building healthy, genuine connections.

It heals the pain of feeling misunderstood: We often beat ourselves up for interacting differently, or feel hurt when others don't get us. Choosing kindness—for your own sensitive heart and for others' misunderstandings—stops the cycle of resentment.

It honors everyone's unique boundaries: Being kind to yourself means stepping back when you are overstimulated. Being kind to others means communicating your needs clearly so they know how to support you.

It redefines what it means to help: You don't have to burn yourself out to be a good friend or a helpful person. True kindness means filling your own cup first so you actually have the energy to share your magic with others.

You don't need to sacrifice your own peace to bring light to others. True kindness is a bridge that supports both of you.

What is one small way you can show kindness to yourself or someone else today? Let me know in the comments.👇

Question of the Week - Part 1

Hi I'm Karen Lyu, the Integrated Mindset Coach.

The question of the week is "What can I do?"

This is an important, life-changing question for creative, neurodivergent women because:

* It bypasses the inner critic: It’s not about perfection or praise; it’s about possibility.

* It honors your current energy: It asks what you can do right now, in this season, with your unique wiring.

* It brings you back to your body: It moves you out of overthinking and into intuitive action.

* You don't need to be "good" by their standards to build a life that feels magical by yours.

👇 What is one small, meaningful thing you can do today? Let me know in the comments.

TESTIMONIAL

I have been working with Karen Lyu as my life coach. Her approach is clear, concise, and easy to understand. Karen gently guides you through thought-provoking questions. She skillfully guides you to look from a different perspective. Mentally and emotionally.

In the past, I just survived. On autopilot. Not really living. Relationships were challenging. I was depressed.

After working with Karen, I feel that I can face difficulties. I feel a competence, an ability to handle life and be involved in it.

In the past, I lived in survival mode. Doing just enough. Not really engaging much. Reacting to everything and nothing. A living stress ball.

Now I am more present in my life. I am actively engaged taking care of my body and my emotions. I have a different perspective. I take responsibility for my actions. I have a change of perspective. I make different choices today because Karen has helped me to see and understand that today I have choices.

I am calmer and more peaceful. I catch the negative thoughts, situations, and interactions and make the choice for what is best for me. I am more in touch with who I am.

My creativity has returned. I am singing. I have new ideas. I want to try new things.

I thank you, Karen, for your guidance. I am finally living my life instead of surviving it.
