I knew the day would eventually come when my son asked me to color his hair… and that day is officially here 😂

To celebrate the last day of school and the start of summer break, we gave him some summer highlights today ☀️

I used a technique similar to “shoeshine highlights” to give him that natural, sun-kissed surfer kid look for summer — and yes, I did it right at the salon 😂

I filmed the whole process mostly for my own memories someday… but also for your entertainment because this ended up being way too cute not to share 🥹
