For me, even though I am the proud father of 5 intact sons, it took realizing that circumcision was correlated with brain dysfunction for me to be clearer with my patients about why it was not only not medically necessary, it could also be medically harmful. I know this remains a controversial issue. Jennifer Margulis and I explain the change in my thinking in our co-authored book The Vaccine-Friendly Plan. In the meantime, I'd be interested in your thoughts about this article by Beyond the Bris founder Rebecca Wald and Dr. Margulis.
