3 things our founder Krysta Rojas will NEVER do as a stylist:
1. Lighten your hair without K18 bc protecting your hair > chasing a result.
2. Start a service without a thorough consultation - if we’re not aligned, we cannot get started.
3. Work with a bad attitude - respect goes both ways, always.

This is the standard. Not optional.
