Week 3 of the summer yoga series will be a unique and inspiring event with as our host. Register for free for each Circle of Community class this summer. Any donations made will be given to our local to support our library system.

Next week Wednesday 6/24 at 5:45 PM:
Join us for a nourishing Sister Circle centered on the wisdom of the crown chakra, the sacred connection between hair, energy, and personal healing. Together, we’ll explore how our hair can carry memories, emotions, and experiences, and how intentional care can become a meaningful spiritual practice of self-love, release, and renewal.

We will close our gathering with a beautiful Brush Circle, where we sit together in community and gently brush one another’s (or your own) hair while speaking words of encouragement, affirmation, and blessing. This heart-centered ritual is an opportunity to pour into our sisters, receive support, and leave feeling seen, uplifted, and deeply connected.

All are welcome and personal touch from one another is always only done with consent. Item’s to bring to make your experience the most comfortable would be a yoga mat, drink, pen and notepad, hairbrush if you’d rather use your own or have a favorite (I’ll have clean sanitized ones for use from my salon). Wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind!
