English muffins! 100% fresh milled flour. My son and husband enjoy breakfast sandwiches. Sometimes I freeze them fully made. This time I’m freezing the muffins and then will make eggs fresh each time.

The last of my garden beets. I added some fresh basil from my garden also.
If anyone in Texas needs herbs for cooking let me know. We have tons.

I had a crazy amount of onions. I made a sweet and spicy onion marmalade and caramelized onion jam.

Fresh milled flour oatmeal cookies. I decided to skip the extra sugar and not make them into oatmeal cream pies. They are still so good alone.

Waffles! Fresh milled flour, protein powder, blueberries and chocolate chips. I freeze these. My son can heat these up for himself and brother in the mornings.
