English muffins! 100% fresh milled flour. My son and husband enjoy breakfast sandwiches. Sometimes I freeze them fully made. This time I’m freezing the muffins and then will make eggs fresh each time.

My first go at fresh milled flour cookies. No store bought flour. They have a slightly different flavor. So good!

I use a bunch of recipes from this cookbook! I personally don’t enjoy cookbooks… we move too much to move them, but this one is so worth it!

The last of my garden beets. I added some fresh basil from my garden also.

If anyone in Texas needs herbs for cooking let me know. We have tons.

I had a crazy amount of onions. I made a sweet and spicy onion marmalade and caramelized onion jam.

Fresh milled flour oatmeal cookies. I decided to skip the extra sugar and not make them into oatmeal cream pies. They are still so good alone.

Waffles! Fresh milled flour, protein powder, blueberries and chocolate chips. I freeze these. My son can heat these up for himself and brother in the mornings.
