Time to switch things up! 💪🏽
For the next 2 weeks, I’m changing my workout style based on my trainer’s advice:
✅ 4 sets
✅ 25 reps each set
✅ 100 total reps per exercise
✅ Lighter weight
✅ Focus on form, muscle endurance, and feeling the burn!
Wednesday Workout Challenge
● Chest Press Machine – 4 × 25
● Incline Chest Press – 4 × 25
● Shoulder Press – 4 × 25
● Cable Lateral Raises – 4 × 25
● Rope Tricep Pushdowns – 4 × 25
🏃🏽♀️ Warm-Up
● 30 minutes Seated Elliptical
● ISO Strength Machines
🚴🏽 Finish
Coach Wolf says if I stay consistent with lighter weight and higher reps, I’ll start seeing the burn—and eventually the results. Challenge accepted! 💯

💪 Fitness Journey Update 💪
This week I was determined not to let work stop me from reaching my goals!
✅ Monday – Lower Body + Fat Burn
✅ Tuesday – Upper Body + Core
✅ Wednesday – Cardio + Recovery
✅ Thursday – Lower Body + Cardio
✅ Friday – Workout Completed
✅ Bonus: Two workouts in one day on Thursday!
Thursday was especially rewarding. I started my morning with a workout at home using my Mirror workout system, then after getting off work at 10:00 PM, I completed another workout at the gym. Since I’m already at the gym for work, I’ve learned to take advantage of the opportunity and get my workout in before heading home.
This week I completed 5 days of workouts, and I’m proud of myself for staying consistent. There are days when I’m tired, busy, or would rather rest, but I’m staying focused on my health goals. Every workout is a step closer to becoming a healthier, stronger version of myself.
I’ve learned that motivation gets you started, but consistency keeps you going. With God’s strength and grace, I’m making progress one workout at a time. 🙌🏽
