🤍 A little reminder about our cancellation policy

We wanted to take a moment to explain why our cancellation policy is important to us and, most importantly, to our service providers.

We completely understand that life happens. Emergencies come up, kids get sick, cars break down, and sometimes things happen that are completely outside of your control. We are human, too, and we understand that.

At the same time, when you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. Your service provider has set aside those hours, prepared for your appointment, and may have turned away another guest who could have taken that time.

When an appointment is canceled at the last minute or is missed completely, there often isn’t enough time to fill that spot—and your service provider loses that income.

Just like hotels, airlines, restaurants, and events have cancellation policies, we have one too. It’s not intended to punish anyone. It’s there to protect the time and livelihood of the people who provide your services.

✨ If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.

And here’s something important: you can contact us even when we’re closed.

You can call, text, or leave us a voicemail anytime at 509-758-7337. Even if it’s after hours, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We can receive your message and address it when we’re back in the salon.
