•Eases Muscle Tension – Gentle kneading helps release tight muscles and stiffness.
•Improves Circulation – Boosts blood flow, which supports overall health and healing.
•Enhances Flexibility & Mobility – Light stretching and manipulation help loosen joints and muscles.
•Promotes Better Sleep – Relaxation during massage can improve sleep quality.

Friday Fact: 💡Brazilian Wax - Hard or Soft Wax💡

With a Brazilian Wax your aesthetician may choose to use a 'Hard Wax' if you have very coarse hair and strong hair roots.

You may not believe it but the hard wax is less painful. It is named hard wax because it hardens up after it is heated and applied to the skin. This enables it to latch onto the hairs without tugging on your skin. Because of this, hard wax is less painful than a soft.

Right now, through the end of September, we are offering a Brazilian Wax for only $50 as one of our monthly specials.

We also have a full Waxing Menu here at Amethyst Spa. Give us a call or go to our website today to schedule a waxing treatment. 706-212-4125, amethystspa20.square.site
