Those tiny dark dots after MOXI? They have a name: MENDs.

MENDs are microscopic areas of treated tissue that move toward the surface as your skin renews. They can make your skin look a little bronzed and feel rough, almost like sandpaper, for a few days after your MOXI laser treatment.

The most important aftercare tip: let them shed naturally. Keep your routine gentle, moisturize, wear sunscreen and resist the urge to scrub or pick.
