Forrest is great at what he does! He has helped me learn to stretch muscles I didn’t know I could stretch. He is very knowledgeable in myofascial therapy.

Forrest is an excellent MFR practitioner. After two treatments he was able to release the facial restrictions in my shoulder and increase my range of motion to the way it was before the shoulder was broken four months earlier.
