One laser hair removal session won't get the job done. Here's why — and what the full journey looks like.

Session 1: The laser targets all the hair follicles currently in their active growth phase. You'll notice shedding over the next 1 to 2 weeks as those treated hairs fall out. But plenty of follicles were dormant during this session and weren't affected.

Sessions 2–3: You're catching the next wave of follicles as they cycle into active growth. You'll start noticing patches where hair is thinner or not growing back at all. The treated areas feel smoother for longer between sessions.

Sessions 4–5: Significant reduction is visible. Most people notice they're shaving or waxing far less frequently. The remaining hair is often finer and lighter.

Sessions 6–8: The finish line. Most clients achieve their desired results in this range. Some stubborn areas or hair types may need a touch-up session down the road, but the days of daily shaving are behind you.

Sessions are spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart because that's how long the hair growth cycle takes to rotate new follicles into the active phase.

Members get smaller areas included in Level 1 and 2, and larger areas in Level 3.
