After 3,000+ hours of hands-on experience, you don’t just get fast at fixing shoulders—you get extremely fast at flipping a room. Stop wrestling with your laundry and definitely stop rolling your fitted sheets into a chaotic ball.

The ugly truth about clean eating? You can still get fat. 🥑❌
A lot of times, people are eating incredibly healthy foods—they’re just eating way too much of them.
At the end of the day, calories are still calories. If you are in a physical surplus, your body will store that energy and you will gain weight. Optimizing your performance diet is about more than just the quality of your food; it’s entirely about the quantity.
If you are genuinely interested in losing weight, pull back the curtain on how much of that clean food you’re consuming. You might just need to cut back the portion sizes.
Stop spinning your wheels with temporary fixes or guesswork. Let’s build a sustainable, results-driven nutrition protocol together.

Stuck with a stubborn injury that just won’t heal? ❌
If your recovery has completely stalled, it’s time to zoom out and stop looking for a quick fix. On my latest call with Dr. Toh, we mapped out exactly why sleep, nutrition, training, stress, and your daily job environment are entirely interconnected.
If one column collapses, they all do. Garbage sleep crashes your training output, triggers poor diet choices, and spikes your systemic nervous system stress.
To make self-auditing easy, Dr. Toh uses the MEDSS checklist:
🧠 Mindset
🏋️ Exercise
🥩 Diet
💤 Sleep
👥 Social Support
Run through that list and evaluate your daily activities before you blame your training routine alone.

Your mind can literally hijack your physical recovery. 🧠❌
If you go into a rehabilitation routine, a new training split, or a clinical deep tissue session genuinely believing it won’t work, you are actively triggering the nocebo effect. You are essentially programming your nervous system to expect and create more pain.
On the flip side, leaning into the placebo effect isn’t “fake science”—it’s a biological accelerator. Believing in your protocol actively enhances your real-world therapeutic outcomes.
Huge thank you to Dr. Toh for jumping on this call to map out the data behind pain science!

+3 at home
You are going to need bodywork before the year is over. That’s not a guess, that’s a guarantee. 🏔️💪
Most athletes wait until they are in agonizing pain to book a session. By then, it takes 3-4 visits just to get back to baseline. You lose training days, you lose progress, and you lose money.
For this month only, I am doing the Rest of the Year Reset.
Buy a package of 5 massages, and I am giving you the 6th session completely FREE. That is exactly one session a month for the rest of the year.
Stop playing catch-up with your recovery. Stay optimized, prevent the breakdown.
You’re already going to need the work—you’d be crazy not to get one for free. Link in bio to lock in your package today.

Your brain is lagging 20 minutes behind your stomach. 🧠🍽️
For this Wellness Wednesday, let’s talk about the biological communication delay that causes most overeating. It takes roughly 20 minutes for satiety hormones to signal your brain that you’ve had enough.
When you rush through a meal, you easily bypass that threshold before your internal dashboard updates. Slowing down your pace doesn’t just prevent unwanted overeating—it fundamentally improves your overall digestion and nutrient absorption by letting your body process meals properly.
If you’re ready to stop guessing with your macros and build a precise system for your recovery and performance goals, let’s sit down and fix it.

Stop letting the fear of minor discomfort ruin your training progress. 🛑
In this clip from my call with Dr. Toh, we tackle the “nocebo effect” in the gym. If you truly understand the core principles of your movement and technique, you drastically lower your actual risk of injury.
A little bit of back pain can be a completely normal sign of tissue adaptation as your body gets stronger. The key is building a baseline understanding so you can confidently recognize the difference between normal adaptation and a true indicator of injury.
Don’t blindly fear the movement—master the principles behind it.
