It's national winter skin relief day ❄️🩵
Winter weather is extremely harsh on us. It's super important to make sure we prepare our skin and hair properly for the winter elements. For skin care use gentle cleansers, deeply hydrating moisturizers, and warm water. Similarly, for hair deep conditioning/moisture is extremely important. Water that is too hot can be stripping of good natural oils and damaging to the protective barriers. Most of all, drinking plenty of water daily can be an easy way to ensure the skin and hair remains hydrated.
