Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute or missed entirely, it’s nearly impossible to fill that time, which directly impacts my small business.

To keep things fair for everyone:

• Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before your appointment: No fee.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 75% late cancellation fee will apply.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

I truly understand that life happens, and emergencies do occur. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. Communication is always appreciated.
