Truth is there really isn’t pain, it’s vibrations and pressure. The numbing cream I use is very effective and with enough time, allowing the numbing to reach full potential, microneedling at MadSkin is a breeze, you may even fall asleep 😴🤭

Spend the morning with me doing random things that I enjoy and also have to do 😅 I try to start the day with enjoyable things and end with the annoying things such as taxes (bc typically it takes longer than I anticipate) 🙄😂

In Colorado we live in such a crazy climate. Our barrier can easily become compromised by things such as products, harsh weather, over cleansing or exfoliating, picking, no spf, skipping cleanser or moisturizer. And so much more.

So it is important we take everything into consideration and make sure we are doing our part correctly.
Removing your makeup before you wash is so crucial.
Oil cleanse or a gentle cleanse then repeat. Exfoliation should be happening AT LEAST 1x per week, for faster aging skin and acne prone skin, more exfoliation is necessary!

Supporting your barrier with ingredients like ceramides, peptides, and squalene will boost your recovery and give you the baby smooth skin we all want! If your barrier is damaged the acne, fine lines, aging spots and scars, will never heal!

Lastly if you are skipping spf you are doing a disservice to your skin! Aging, fine lines, sun spots, acne scars, will not improve as you’d like them too without sunscreen. The sun will continue to damage even further without protection.
