Meet Kevin.

Kevin is my CBE doll, my photoshoot co-star, and honestly one of my most reliable coworkers. He never complains, holds every position I put him in, and is always down for a quick newborn photo session between takes.

We had a little too much fun during this shoot. I regret nothing.

Kevin helps me demonstrate positioning, latch, newborn handling, and about a hundred other things in my childbirth classes. He's been at more births than most people will ever attend.

I am here to talk about my MONTHLY 4 hour childbirth education class! I am an Evidence Based Birth Childbirth Educator, Spinning Babies Certified Parent Educator, Massage Therapist, Birth Doula, Registered Nurse and Student CNM... I am pouring all of my knowledge into these classes.... and they are FREE for all Clients of the Well Rounded Belly! If you are not a client, it is $250.00, but if you decide to hire one of our team members, then that cost goes towards your doula fee. (Note.... hire a doula!)

Our 4-hour Birth Preparation Class combines Spinning Babies® Parent Education with practical childbirth education to help you:

One of the things that sets The Well Rounded Belly apart: every doula on our team is trained in Bengkung belly binding.

That's us practicing at a recent team meeting. We get together monthly for continuing education and skills practice — and belly binding is always part of it.

Bengkung is a traditional Malaysian postpartum technique that wraps and supports the abdomen after birth. It promotes warmth, helps with physical healing, and provides a kind of care that feels deeply intentional. It's one of the most meaningful things we offer our postpartum clients.

And because every one of our doulas is trained, every family we work with has access to it — no matter who their doula is.
