• I only service children who are willing to sit still and cooperate.
• Styles cannot be changed the day of. Need at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Must reschedule at least 48 hours before appointment, otherwise you will incur the appropriate fee based on the outcome.
• Full refunds will be granted within 48 hours notice.
• There is a 15-minute grace period for lateness.
• If you would like color hair outside of the regular 1, 1b, 2, and 4 there's an up-charge but I still provide the hair. This needs to be disclosed during booking and the hair color.
• All hair appointment have a 1 week warranty (7 days), meaning I will correct any issues within this time period. However, issues must come from my mistake/s.
• Payment accepted: Cash, CashApp, SquareUp, Booking site
