Nobody remembers the sports physical… until it’s the only thing left on the checklist.
Between school supplies, open houses, new routines, and practice schedules, it’s one of those things that’s easy to forget until the first day of tryouts is staring you in the face.
If your high school student still needs a sports physical, Dr. Amanda Clark with Elevated Wellness is now offering $75 High School Sports Physicals at Skin & Brows Redefined. We also now accept FSA/HSA cards for eligible services, making one more back-to-school task a little easier.

Important note: Sports physicals include the required examination and documentation for school athletics, but they are not a substitute for an annual wellness exam or routine primary care.
