Confession time… 😅

I always tell my clients not to touch their face because our hands carry dirt, oil, and bacteria that can contribute to breakouts.

Well… I finally figured out one of my biggest downfalls. 🚗💨

On long road trips, I get bored and catch myself constantly touching my face without even realizing it. 😩 And guess what? My skin is definitely letting me know.

I’m currently giving my skin a little reset before vacation, so you’ll probably see me makeup-free and embracing the process. I recently did a treatment that’s encouraging my skin to purge and renew itself, which can sometimes bring a few temporary breakouts to the surface.

This is a normal part of the journey and a reminder that healthy skin isn’t always perfect skin. Even estheticians have skin struggles and go through periods of healing and resetting. 💕
