What is ONE thing you do for yourself during the week? Something that is just for YOU! 🫶

I know life gets busy between work, kids, family, and everything else. Sometimes we get so caught up in taking care of everyone else that we forget about ourselves!

For me, I’ve been dealing with some lower back issues, and I finally decided last week to start seeing a chiropractor! I’ll be going weekly for the next two months. It may not be the typical spa-day kind of self-care, but it’s something I’m doing for ME and my health. ❤️

One thing I’m learning is that I can’t keep pouring into everyone else if I’m not taking care of myself, too!

Self-care doesn’t have to be expensive or extravagant. It can be something as simple as taking a walk, reading a book, getting a facial, or just having 30 minutes of peace and quiet. 😂
