Day 4: Why did you choose to compete at AmeriFest Nationals?

I chose to compete because I wanted to challenge myself! AmeriFest creates a welcoming inclusive place for all and I wanted to not only be a part of that but to meet others, celebrate inclusion and show other persons with blindness what is possible

Had the best time today at the send off party! I again experienced the family energy of the Ohio Great Lakes team and I am even more excited about Nationals! We laughed shared stories and I got to experience first hand how we help each other from just everyday life to helping with wardrobe! I am so happy to be a part of this group!

Day 3 photo challenge: While I am new to pageant, I am hoping to gain new friends on .you journey and if bootcamp and todays send-off is any indication, I know I am gonna have many! Everyone has been Amazing and I am so honored and blessed to be a part of AmeriFest and Team Ohio! I am.bringing my Daughter and Cousins with me!

Day 2: My platform and what will soon be my favorite charity is SHARP! Sharing Hope About Retinitus Pigmentosa or RP!

I was diagnosed with RP at 7 yrs old so eye health and sight awareness has been a part of my life for what seems like forever but it wasn't until just 4.5 yrs ago that I totally lost my eyesight.
SHARP allows me to do what I love which is to help people while spreading awareness about RP. I want to not only raise awareness but to educate children about the importance of eye health and eye safety.

So excited for this blessed opportunity!

What a blessed opportunity it was to participate in the Miss Ohio parade in Mansfield, Ohio! This was my first parade! I had so much fun riding on the float and laughing with all of our pageant family! I even prepared myself for rain because they say it always rains at this parade but the rain held off until we were done! I am so thankful for everything that has happened so far and I am enjoying representing AmeriFest so much!

On the way to Mansfield for the Miss Ohio parade last Saturday and got a chance to stop in Ashland at Grandpa's Cheese Barn! I love the opportunities and new things I get to experience!
