Dermaplaning is a form of physical exfoliation that removes surface dead skin cells and fine vellus hair, often called peach fuzz. The result is skin that feels smoother, looks brighter, and provides a more even surface for makeup and skincare application.

One common question: Will the hair grow back thicker? No. Dermaplaning removes hair at the surface; it does not change the hair follicle or the way the hair grows.
