When I started Holly Gritti Glam, I never imagined all the beautiful people God would place in my life or the opportunities He would open for us.
Some days being a business owner means wearing 100 different hats, making hard decisions, working long hours, and figuring things out as you go. But then I look around at what we’ve built, the incredible women beside me, and the lives we’ve touched, and I’m reminded why I started! 💕
My biggest blessing isn’t just the business I’ve built, it’s the PEOPLE who have helped me build it!
To my HGG girls, thank you for trusting my vision, growing alongside me, and being part of this crazy, beautiful journey! I hope I inspire you just as much as you inspire me.
I’ve learned that being a great boss doesn’t mean having all the answers. It means being willing to learn, lead by example, encourage others, and sometimes get your hands dirty right alongside your team!
I’m not just building a business. I’m building a legacy, a family, and a place where other women can grow and shine! ✨
And above all, I give God the glory because none of this would be possible without His grace! 🙏🏼

✨ A CLEAN KIT IS A HAPPY KIT! 💄🧼 (little sneak peek of my set up for the first client of the day 🥰)
As professional makeup artists, sanitation should ALWAYS be a priority! Every client deserves a fresh, clean, and sanitary setup. 🤍
Here are a few things I personally do for EVERY client:
✨ Fresh dental bib — A clean workspace for each application.
✨ Disposable applicators — Mascara wands, lip applicators, sponges, and more!
✨ Product palettes — Creams, lipsticks, and other products are transferred to sanitized palettes instead of applying directly from the original packaging.
✨ NO double dipping! — Once an applicator touches a client, it NEVER goes back into the product.
✨ Clean brushes & tools — Properly cleaned and sanitized between clients.
✨ Hand hygiene — Clean hands before every application!
✨ Fresh setup — Used disposables are tossed, surfaces are disinfected, and everything is reset for the next client.

As artists, it’s our responsibility to protect our clients, our products, and our professional reputation. Sanitation isn’t an extra step. It’s part of the service!

🤍✨ BRIDES, THIS IS WHY BRIDAL PORTRAITS ARE SO WORTH IT! ✨🤍
Can we talk about why I LOVE bridal portrait sessions and why I encourage my brides to do them?! 😍
First of all, LOOK AT HER! 🤍
One of my favorite things about this beautiful bride is that she had TWO completely different bridal looks, and both were absolutely ICONIC! 👰🏼♀️
For her bridal portraits, we went with gorgeous, soft Hollywood waves that gave her that timeless, romantic bridal look. But when wedding day arrived, so did the RAIN! ☔️
Instead of worrying about her curls falling or the humidity taking over, we created a completely different, elegant updo that would hold up beautifully through the weather!
And THIS is exactly why bridal portraits are so special!
