My Milk and Money

This is what ONE lymphatic drainage massage can do.

Ladies, this is the difference ONE massage can make.

This is why I always say don't underestimate your post-op care. Surgery is just the beginning—your recovery is just as important.

One session can help move built-up fluid, reduce swelling, and get your body headed in the right direction. Imagine what staying consistent can do.

If you're in Covington, Conyers, McDonough, or the surrounding areas and need mobile post-op care, I'm accepting new clients.

Let's talk about what nobody talks about after surgery...

Surgery doesn't just transform your body; it can uncover hidden trauma, emotions, and wounds you've been carrying for years.

During recovery, you're forced to slow down. And when you do, feelings you've buried under work, family, and everyday life often rise to the surface.

I've seen women cry, feel overwhelmed, or experience unexpected emotions during their healing journey.

Just know this: healing is not only physical. It's emotional, mental, and spiritual too.

Give yourself grace. Sometimes the biggest transformation isn't your body; it's the healing that happens within.

One thing I love about mobile post-op care is the freedom it gives.

As a woman who values flexibility, peace, and not having to rush around, I know my clients appreciate the same thing.

No sitting in traffic. No waiting rooms. No having to leave the comfort of home while you're healing.
Just private, personalized care in a space where you can truly relax and focus on recovery.

Convenience, comfort, and privacy. That's the beauty of mobile care.
