We are a fully equiped Pilates Studio offering Private and group classes, Franklin Method, Reiki, Me Classes started on Monday February 10. All are welcome!

We moved from Coconut Grove to a spacious new studio in beautiful downtown Coral Gables. Our well-established fully equipped Pilates studio offers classical Pilates sessions and classes for all fitness levels and for all ages. We welcome beginners and experts.
