First Orangetheory class… DONE! 🧡🔥

And WOW… I completely understand the hype now. I challenged myself by stepping out of my comfort zone, and trying something new. Thanks to my friend Lauren for inviting me today I just tried to keep up with her—she’s Goals!👏🏼

It wasn’t just the workout—it was the energy. The atmosphere. The music. The coaches—special shoutout to Kristi for The encouragement. Everyone cheering each other on and pushing themselves to be a little stronger than they were yesterday was amazing!

There’s something powerful about walking into a room full of strangers and leaving feeling like you’re part of a team. 🧡

I also ran into one the one and only Jennifer Peña her songs are still on my playlist. She’s the sweetest and amazing! Y’all I came in nervous because I don’t workout(strength training) is a hard NO for me lol, but after this experience I left feeling strong, energized, and motivated for more.

Here’s to trying new things, getting uncomfortable, and discovering just how much we’re capable of. 🍊💪
