Good morning beautiful people. Today is the day of my surgery, and I wanted to give my clients an update.

I will be undergoing a robotic bilateral ureteral reimplantation to treat a congenital condition called megaureter, which I’ve had since birth. This condition has caused chronic kidney swelling, urinary tract infections, and problems with how my kidneys drain.

During surgery, my surgeon will repair and reconnect both ureters (the tubes that carry urine from the kidneys to the bladder) to help improve drainage and protect my kidney function long term.

As I recover, I will be taking limited appointments until I’m fully back to normal. To help with my healing, I ask that all styles be kept to 90 minutes or less for the time being.

I truly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, prayers, and continued support during this journey. Your love and support mean so much to me and my family.
