When I started building my business here, I could have never imagined the relationships that would come from simply standing behind my chair and doing what I love.

☀️HELLO MONDAY & A New Week ..
these were some of Last weeks workouts..
FORGED IN DISCIPLINE.
Garage Workouts & 1 gym workout
A barbell. Some dumbbells..
A lot of sweat.
A whole lot of consistency.
As I’ve gotten older, I chase peace.
I’m not trying to outlift you.
I’m not trying to outshine anyone.
I’m just showing up... day after day.
Because discipline doesn’t care how you feel.
It only asks if you’ll show up.
Moms are choosing themselves again.
We lift. We run. We get our steps in.
We protect our peace ✌️
We’re teaching our kids that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish… it’s leadership.
Strength instead of excuses.
Healthy choices. This isn’t about six-pack abs.
It’s about becoming stronger than I was yesterday.
Mentally. Physically. Spiritually.
Forged in discipline. Protected by peace.
🤍 My goal isn’t to be the strongest or the fastest.
My goal is to stay healthy enough to enjoy life’s blessings and faithfully care for everything God has entrusted me with......

Barber life be like…

“When will you get off work?!”

I finish my client at 6...
hopefully
Then I have to clean up
Then I have to finish the laundry
Then take out the trash
Then I have to sit in silence for 20
minutes and contimplate my life choices
Then I have to eat the food I brought for breakfast
Then I have to p*e so bad
So idk... not that long after!”😅

Ohhh and I forgot .. text clients back who want appointments set up.. ..
