"1ST PHOTO (DIMENSIONAL + LOW MAINTENANCE)
➖ FACE FRAME, Babylight first then go into slices to add the POP of blonde in between. The reason we babylight the front is so it gives a natural finish around the hairline when tying the hair back.
➖TEASYLIGHT SLICES. This creates dimension but also brightness throughout the mid lengths and ends. We still want that rooted look, so tease at the root for a super seamless blend.
➖ROOT GLOSS DEEPER enabling the root to be completely covered, I tend to go for around an inch thickness of root when root glossing.

2ND PHOTO (BRIGHT + HIGH MAINTENANCE)
➖ FACE FRAME, Back to back slices for boldness. When doing a slice around the hairline I will slightly root shadow the very front piece to enable a nicer finish.
➖ BACK TO BACK BABYLIGHTS getting you super close to the root, make sure your weaves are really fine so your foil is extra close.
➖YOU DONT NEED TO ROOT SHADOW, But I like to, not to cover my work but I just prefer to bespoke my highlights, It makes it just look that extra bit more natural. ✌🏼"

I haven’t posted in awhile … so sorry I’m gen x🤦🏻‍♀️😆. But I thought this sassy pixie cut with some bold color was a good choice . This client had been feeling a bit low and needed a pick me up. Nothing a good chop and some Merlot ( hair color 😉) couldn’t help. Sometimes we just need a bold new hair color and cut to motivate us or remind us it will get better 😉.
