Whether it’s PRF, hyaluronic acid filler, or biostimulatory treatments, these therapies can help improve the under-eye area by restoring volume, enhancing tissue quality, and stimulating collagen production in and around the sub-orbicularis oculi fat (SOOF).

* PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) primarily improves skin quality, vascularity, and collagen production.
* Hyaluronic acid filler provides immediate structural support and volume restoration in appropriate candidates.
* Biostimulators such as Sculptra or diluted/hyperdilute Radiesse can stimulate collagen, though direct use in the tear trough requires expertise and careful patient selection.
* Supporting the SOOF, cheek, and midface often yields a more natural under-eye improvement than treating the tear trough alone.

Honored to be quoted by TODAY.com on a topic generating so much interest in aesthetics. Volufiline has gained attention as a topical ingredient that may help create the appearance of fullness by supporting lipid storage within existing fat cells. While it can be a valuable addition to a skincare routine, it’s important to understand that it is not a substitute for dermal fillers.

Dermal fillers provide immediate, targeted volume and structural support by precisely placing product beneath the skin. Volufiline, on the other hand, works on the surface over time and may offer a much more subtle enhancement. Think of it this way: fillers physically add volume where we want it, while Volufiline aims to support the appearance of fullness gradually through topical application.

Thank you to TODAY.com for including my perspective in this conversation and helping educate consumers on the differences between trending skincare ingredients and proven in-office aesthetic treatments. Education empowers patients to make informed decisions about their skin and aesthetic goals. ✨

In Dallas, aesthetics is about so much more than beauty. It’s about confidence, connection, and the meaningful friendships built along the way. Diamonds and skincare have something in common — both reflect light beautifully when cared for properly. And just like great skincare, natural beauty at any age never goes out of style. The goal is never to look different, but to look refreshed, confident, and beautifully yourself. Grateful for the incredible women, friendships, and stories this journey continues to bring into my life. ✨

This is my personal before and after. I struggled with severe melasma that even makeup couldn’t fully cover. And as we know, melasma is a skin condition that must be managed, not cured.

Through consistency with medical-grade skincare, treatments with .purepdgf and the IS Clinical Fire & Ice Peel, look at these results. ✨

Healthy skin is a journey, not a one-time treatment. Consistency truly changes everything for me.

Shout out to who helped me with my skin❤️

Standing here with my favorite biostimulator, Sculptra, at Train the Trainer .usa in Vegas and feeling incredibly grateful. This product has been such a big part of my journey as an injector, educator, and believer in natural regenerative aesthetics. Why is it my favorite? I could truly write a book about it. From its ability to stimulate collagen induction, improve skin quality, and even influence gene expression, Sculptra is so much more than a filler to me. I love that it works with the body to create beautiful, gradual, long-lasting results that still look like you.

Thank you to Galderma for the opportunity to continue learning, growing, and training alongside such talented injectors and educators. Moments like these remind me how much I love this industry and the people in it.
