IT’S EASY TO LOSE SIGHT OF YOUR HEALTH & WELL-BEING DURING THE HOLIDAYS

With so much to do (not to mention all of the sweets and treats that we are surrounded by), it can be easy to let our healthy habits slip.
The reality is, maintaining healthy habits through the holidays is doable (with a little flexibility) and ultimately, it comes down to making a choice.

So here are some tips:

1.Stay active
2. Prioritize sleep
3. Focus on eating nutritious foods
4. Take time to destress
5. Eat mindfully
6. Plan ahead
7. Keep a food journal
8. Practice gratitude
9. Stay hydrated
10. Everything in moderation

The holidays don’t have to mean an all-or-nothing approach to healthy habits. Treat yourself with kindness, understanding, and patience.

Most importantly, give yourself grace and remember that perfection isn’t necessary – every effort counts!

I named him amino because it reminds me of the importance of eating enough amino acids in my diet.
Amino acids are vital as they serve as the building blocks of proteins, essential for various bodily functions. They support muscle growth, repair tissues, aid in enzyme production, contribute to hormone regulation, and play a crucial role in immune function and overall health.
