The most dangerous mistake people keep making with their blood pressure

LACK OF SLEEP!!!

You drink herbal teas.
You buy supplements.
You try to eat healthy.
And even taking bp medication

But if you keep sleeping 3–4 hours a night, your bp may not be normal.

No supplement can fully protect a body that never gets proper rest.

Your heart needs sleep too.

Best overall herbal tea for blood pressure is Hibiscus (zobo) though we have other herbal teas like
Green tea
Hibiscus (zobo)
Ginger tea
Bitter leaf tea
Moringa tea
Lemongrass tea
Garlic-infused tea
Clove + cinnamon tea

All of them have shown slight to significant improvement with blood pressure but the only one with the highest overall improvement is HIBISCUS tea.
