Foy Real launched his own salon in Dallas, Texas more than a decade ago and named it The Salon Purple; offering new looks for women. The salon was very successful and many of his early clients remain loyal clients today. After attending schools where he became certified by color companies such as Goldwell®, Aveda™, and Schwarzkopf™, Foy now prefers using only the latter. Foy's success is based on giving special attention to a customized look for every client. Meet the Business Owner: Foy R. Foy Real launched his own salon in Dallas, Texas more than a decade ago and named it The Salon Purple, but he has been a colorist and stylist since his aunt volunteered her hair when he was 10 years old - with great success! Foy graduated cosmetology school 25 years ago, from the first school to teach the styling concepts of Toni & Guy. Foy continued as a licensed professional for the next 15 years working with some of Dallas' finest and most famous stylists such as Paul Neinast and Warren Wilkes. Foy is also a certified by Minerologie to custom blend their 100% natural mineral foundation & make-up.
