✂️We are an upscale hair salon located in the Oaklawn / Turtle Creek area of Dallas. We are looking to onboard a few associate stylists that are currently in cosmetology school, have recently graduated, or are looking to elevate their business.

Our Associate Program is designed to elevate your skill-set to perform services at a high-level stylist’s standard. This is a paid apprenticeship and we will offer a comprehensive education program while you build a working relationship with our team.

We have a successful history of promoting associate stylists as they elevate through our program, so there is a strong opportunity to evolve from this role to growing your career as a highly profitable stylist.

🎧 Honestly it’s hard to narrow it down to anything specific because for those that know me, know that I have my playlist categorized to so many different genres. 😂 but my top 3 would be my country, rap/ r&b , and my absolute favorite is my Latin playlist 💃🪩

So far I’d say my faves are the Oribe texture spray, the Kerastase Gloss Cream, and the Kerastase Overnight Serum! 💗

💇🏼‍♀️ The diversity in the services we offer are so incredibly different than most, and it’s been an honor to watch the team evolve to the additions we’ve made to our services. As far as our team, we truly mean it when we say we are a salon family. I have felt so lucky to be apart of this team going on 5 years this year and being apart of something that is only going to keep expanding from here! 💞

🔥 So far I’d say I’m obsessed with the amount of perms we’ve been doing. It’s such a small detail that can truly make a person feel different in less than 3 hours. The other would be women/ men’s hair replacement services. I genuinely love when they see their transformation, and their face light up. I feel proud of our stylists every time they achieve their clients confidence to transform just by such a simple work of their magic hair hands. 🙌🩷

🎧 Honestly I never miss my “Discover Weekly” playlist because I never get tired of hearing new music. But my most consistent station is probably “Soirée” : a mix of groovy, dancy, and funky music. 🕺🏻

What sets us apart starts with deep experience and perspective. I began my career in 2009 just two blocks from our salon’s current location, so I’ve seen this market evolve firsthand. Because of that, I can confidently say there isn’t another salon in the metroplex with our level of expertise in hair extensions, hair replacement, and wigs.

Our team is highly trained and is constantly refining their craft by exploring new techniques and trends. Education is a core part of our culture—we host more than a dozen advanced training events each year focused on color, customized blondes, service diversity, and creative growth. Each stylist brings their own interpretation to that education, creating a dynamic and versatile approach to our work.

When you look around our salon—or even scroll through our Instagram or TikTok—you’ll see that diversity in action. One chair might be a flawless blowout, the next a full color or blonde transformation, alongside extension makeovers or life-changing hair replacement services. We also offer modern cuts, texture enhancing services, smoothing treatments, special event styling, and luxury hair care—creating a comprehensive menu that meets virtually every hair need.

Beyond our technical expertise, what truly defines us is our environment. Our team works daily to create a no-judgment space where guests feel supported and confident pursuing their hair goals. While many salons keep some services private, we embrace openness and remove any stigma.
