Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it 🙏🏽
I had the honor of being invited to speak at the Journey to Wellness event, surrounded by such a beautiful, powerful community.
For me, skincare has never just been about the surface,
it’s about shifting the conversation to how we truly care for ourselves mind, body, and spirit.
Nourishing our bodies from the inside out.
Understanding that what we eat, how we feel, how we rest, and how we care for ourselves all play a role in how we show up and how we glow.
This work is deeply personal to me.
I lost my mother to complications from diabetes, heart, and lung disease and that experience changed me. It gave me a deeper understanding of how important it is to care for our bodies early, intentionally, and holistically.
This is work I’m deeply passionate about.
And being able to share that knowledge, to educate, and to pour into my community, it fuels me even more.
Because the same community I pour into is the one that continues to support me, uplift me, and grow with me.
And for that, I am beyond grateful 🩷
