After a few weeks of unhealthy eating, inflammation, and feeling off, I knew my body needed a reset. Anddd my juicer died on me, hence the blender, use a cheesecloth to squeeze the juice out.

🥬 🍏 Kale Tonic
kale + cucumber + green apple + fuji apple + lemon
🍍 Beetroot & Pineapple

Ps: i just learned that its best to use an actual juicer for carrots to prevent coagulation
